wake up people!
Have u ever felt encourage or soothing when u talked to someone?
I met an intercessor yesterday. Words that comes out from her mouth really is encouraging and supporting. She shared her experiences through out her life,like her sons and daughters and even her husband,her ladies group and many more. My mom was with me,they were talking and sharing with each other,and me? I'm just trying to be invincible to listen. It feels great after listening to such woman talking!
Its totally different from sharing things with your friends. U feel comfort by her words,every word she speaks can really penetrate into your heart. And its also fun to listen to her,guess its because I like to listen to people talking. I know its weird to like to hear people talking,haha!
Anyway,I learn many things from Aunty Angie. One thing i wanna share is this---- 4Ds.D esire

Time flies by...
Time pass by so fast,and its already July!
Is it a good thing?
Haha.
No idea
Anyway,few things happen during this week.
Like bad things,bad situation.
Our class found a just-born baby bird last 2weeks,we take care of it thoroughly.
But,Desa(the bird) passed away on this Tuesday.
-Peace be with Desa-
Movie shooting ain't good on Thursday,the director(Ken,my classmate) was in a bad mood.
All sort of stuff just delay the shooting.
But,all the things went well in the end.
Choir practice ain't good,can be better!
That's what I hope for.
A silly argument happened this morning.
Sort it out with the help of our Form teacher Doris.
Thanks Teach!
Guys' volleyball team lost today.
Nobody was in the mood to compete.
Ken,the captain was guilty about it.
Thank God he's ok now.
Tomorrow's our school Teachers' Day celebration.

I'm back in one piece...!
Phew~ I'm totally POOF from all the running yesterday!
Went to school for 3periods only,and then went back home. Thought I can live it through today's lessons,but NOT! Too tired,injury hurts,stomach ain't feeling well must be the cause of drinking all those energy drinks yesterday. Been sleeping from 10++ till 4pm,my bed is so comfortable!! haha.The physiotherapist said I need to rest,stop the running now,need to let my left heel rest n recover or gonna get worst. If I wanna train,then train in the swimming pool,that's what he said. You guys maybe curious why on earth am I still training,haha. Well,I'm waiting for confirmation whether I am selected to join the Malaysia Open.It's just like the previous competition,but its in KL and more challenging that's all. Pray hard for it!! =]
Results for my events:
400m: 5th place out of 8th
200m: Silver medal (yeah!)
4x400m: Didn't participate,leg hurts!
Really thank God how amazingly I finished all the event without going through the pain! No pain at all until the end of it. The peace and strength God have given to me! And all the prayers and supports from my friends!! Thanks!!
Actually one more thing that made me strive so hard is because it's a Mothers' Day gift to my mother! She's shocked after I told her,haha! My mother never thought of it before.hehe.

hey peeps!
Well well well,I just reached home from my lunch and my morning events.
Really thank God how He put me through the events.
My schedule is so pack!! First it's 400m,then 200m. In between these 2events,there's the 110m hurdles. After that its 200m then straightly 400m!! Can u imagine how tiring it is. It's really my first time having these kind of schedule. But God had helped me,I'm not that nervous like I used too. Furthermore,you guys will be thinking that I'm totally exhausted,but to be honest. I'm not that tired. Haha. Amazing right? God's strength is what I call it!
By 2pm I gotta leave home to prepare for my 200m finals and 4x400m. So need to rest now!!
p/s: Thanks for all the prayers! I needed it. My foot ain't pain at all when I'm running.But it's a bit pain la now.
oh yea,FYI,I got 5h place out of 8th in 400m which is really good,cause the rest are representatives of Sabah, and one is a Philipine Oh well,do hope that I did break our school record! =]
One more thing,I got my report card,and its good result!! Thank God! well,I got a surprise from our class football team yesterday after the match. They gave me our school white t-shirt writing:' On my birthday,all I get is a lousy t-shirt" which is really true,cause the t-shirt are for Junior one students.haha. Upload the picture next time. Tonight gonna celebrate with my friends,hopefully I won't fall asleep while talking with them.haha. Oo,I just got a bottle of perfume from a bunch of friends! Thanks guys!!
